About RADIAN H.A. Limited
Radian H.A. Ltd. is a dynamic, customer-driven business established 14th March 2001; we primarily engage in the provision of comprehensive training programs in Scaffolding & Form Work. We work in conjunction with Safety & Access Ltd. (UK) the leading scaffolding & formwork training agency in the United Kingdom. We also provide the broadest range of Scaffolding Tools, Scaffolding Accessories and Safety Equipment in Trinidad & Tobago for both hire and sale. Radian H.A. Ltd also has a truly unique market position as we never undertake any contract work, which we would consider to be direct competition with on-site contractors, many of whom are our customers.

Our History
Strategic Partnerships
In 1999, the need for training arose due to industry standards implemented by international companies. Given the high level of risk, a recognized, reliable form of certification was required.
Radian H.A. Limited was established in 2001 to provide international training and consultancy services to the Oil & Gas, Construction and Petro-Chemical industries.
At Radian, we are dedicated to raising the industry’s standards locally and regionally through the provision of expert training, while adhering to international standards.
As such, since our inception, we have cultivated and maintained an ongoing partnership with Safety & Access – one of the UK’s leading CISRS Scaffolding Training and Health & Safety consultancy provider who has over thirty (30) years of industry experience.
We have also established another alliance with GETMIE Safe (UK) to specialize in Working at Height and Rescue training.
British Standard | Internationally Recognized
The core model we have been implementing for the last 20+ years, is the British Standard, which encompasses: European, American, Canadian and Australian standards.
Our programmes are conducted in accordance with the TG 20:21 and SG 4:22 scaffolding guidance documents, utilizing the BS EN 12811-1 British Standard for performance requirements and methods of structural and general design for working scaffolds.
The Way Forward
Since our inception, we have successfully trained thousands of scaffolders in Trinidad and Tobago.
Other than training, we also provide the tools, gears, and materials required for the scaffolder. Our goal is to create a highly skilled individual who can work regionally and internationally.
